Having worked as a Senior PA for over 20 years and latterly at Rolls-Royce as a Customer Issues Manager, Helen is a highly professional Virtual Assistant who has an excellent understanding of business and project management.

Deborah Snell

Deborah is proactive, a problem-solver and absolutely loves organising. Deborah has held roles as PA to executive-level directors and has closely supported business leaders in the day-to-day running of their companies whilst contributing to their strategic planning activities.

Emma joined the ESS Associate team in June 2024 to support our expanding client base. Nicola proudly boasts that 'calmness' is probably the most valuable thing she gives her clients. Working with Emma means our clients can replace the stress often associated with running a business, with a sense of control and contentment.

Nicola Fallon

Nicola is the new bookkeeping member of the Exec Support Solutions team - providing valuable bookkeeping and payroll support to our clients who use our services for more than just our brilliant business support solutions delivered by the team of Associate VAs!

Georgia Barrington

Georgia has over 15 years’ experience supporting small businesses and creative organisations. She is driven by delivering an excellent experience for clients and customers alike and is happy to step in at any stage of a project.

Megan Hill

Megan has over a decade of experience as a PA turned Executive Assistant and most recently held the role of Operations & Marketing Manager working closely with the business Founder at Smart Range Limited.

Megan is our newest VA to join the team and lives in Surrey with her Husband, two young boys and their cat Lola.

Sophie Wood

Sophie joined the team in 2023 and has a flexible approach to working with experience across many platforms allowing her to adapt to meet clients’ needs easily.

Penny Cooke
