Having worked as a Senior PA for over 20 years and latterly at Rolls-Royce as a Customer Issues Manager, Helen is a highly professional Virtual Assistant who has an excellent understanding of business and project management.

Emma Brunsdon

Emma is the newest member of the ESS Associate team, joining in June 2024 to support our expanding client base. Nicola proudly boasts that 'calmness' is probably the most valuable thing she gives her clients. Working with Emma means our clients can replace the stress often associated with running a business, with a sense of control and contentment.

Sophie Wood

Sophie joined the team in 2023 and has a flexible approach to working with experience across many platforms allowing her to adapt to meet clients’ needs easily.
